Privacy notice

This notice describes how GeVision (Qingdao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“GeVision”, “we”) handles information submitted through gevision-consulting.com.

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, email address, optional organisation, selected practice topic, message text, interface language, and technical attribution such as landing path or UTM parameters when present. These are used solely to review and respond to your request and to operate our internal lead records.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send enquiry free text, names, or email addresses to analytics or advertising tools. Self-hosted page analytics, if enabled, use only aggregate non-identifying event properties (for example locale and service topic).

Optional marketing cookies or Meta Pixel scripts remain disabled unless you grant marketing consent where required. Essential preferences such as language may be stored locally.

Enquiry records are retained for a limited operational period (target approximately two years unless a longer retention is required for an active matter), then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@gevision-consulting.com.

Servers and processors used for the public site and lead database will be disclosed in the production deployment pack (including any cross-border transfer safeguards). Until then, treat this notice as the operational baseline and contact us for jurisdiction-specific questions (including PIPL / GDPR where applicable).

This notice may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by the privacy_notice_version referenced on the contact form (current: 2026-10).
